This Relive My Memory Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") governs the contractual relationship between Relive My Memory as a service provider and any natural person as a service user.
Relive My Memory (the "Company," "we," "our," or "us") acts as a service provider under this Agreement.
Any person using the Company's services/systems as indicated in this Agreement is considered to be a client of the Company (the "Client" or "You").
The Company offers services only for natural persons of legal age. You, as a natural person and user of the Company's services, are responsible for ensuring You are eligible to use the Company's services.
The Company provides services that transform static photos into dynamic videos using advanced AI technology. These services may include, but are not limited to, photo-to-video transformation powered by AI tools and other related features (the "Services"). The Services can be accessed via the website at https://relivemymemory.com (the "Website"). The Website and any other system/online ecosystem used by the Company to provide Services shall collectively be referred to as the "System".
Content generated while using the Services (for example, photos and videos) may be referred to as "Generated Content".
The full list of Services is indicated in the System. The Company has the right to change the list of Services from time to time, without prior notification to the Client. Services available on the System may have different features. By concluding this Agreement, the Client agrees to the rules of the Services provided and described on the System.
The Client is entitled to use/access the Services for which the Client has paid in full, only for the paid period.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that the Company may use third-party technologies (such as software) to provide its Services. Third parties are subject to their own terms, and the Company is not responsible for them.
The Company's Services and System are available globally with possible restrictions in some areas due to regulatory restrictions. The Client is obligated to ensure it is legal to access the System/use the Services in the Client's location.
By using the Services in any capacity, You are agreeing to this Agreement and any other rules governing the Services/System. You acknowledge reading this Agreement and understanding that You have entered into a legally binding agreement between You, as a user, and the Company, as a service provider.
This Agreement takes effect when You make payment for the selected subscription plan on the System. The rules of this Agreement are applicable to the purchase of any services or products, as well as to the use of the System prior to payment/without signing up, including the rules set forth in the Privacy Policy.
By concluding this Agreement, You agree to waive Your right of withdrawal because the Services consist of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
The Company has the right to unilaterally modify and/or update this Agreement at any time without notice. The updated Agreement takes effect from the moment it is published. Continuous use of the Services by the Client is deemed acceptance of the Agreement in its latest version. You should periodically check and assess the Agreement. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the Company may process your personal data without additional consent, where such processing is necessary for the performance of this Agreement.
If You disagree with any terms of this Agreement, You must not use or must immediately cease Your use of the System/Services.

Upon using the System, the Client must allow cookie use. The Client must read the terms applicable to cookies used by the Company. The latest version of the Privacy Policy, containing the cookies policy, is available at https://relivemymemory.com/privacy.
By creating an Account, the Client declares that the information provided to the Company is true, complete, valid, and up-to-date, and that the Client is the owner or has legitimate grounds for using the resources indicated. The Client confirms using their own email address and bank account to pay for the Services.
Accounts can be created only for personal use. The Client shall not share login credentials with any third party. The Account is strictly for own use and cannot be used on behalf of another individual or entity.
The Company reserves the right to suspend Services or remove Account access at any time if:
If Your access is suspended, the Company will inform You via email with the reason for suspension, the term of suspension, and any actions needed to eliminate the violation.
The Services are available for a fee. The Company has the right to determine the price of Services, pricing duration, applicable promotions and discounts, and other payment-related rules.
Most Services are offered through a subscription model. Upon ordering, You will select a specific subscription plan from available options. Subscription plans may include different pricing, term variations, discounts, and limited-time offers.
Following the conclusion of Your initial subscription plan, Your access to Services will auto-renew for an additional period. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period, and the corresponding subscription rate (without discounts) will be charged to the Client.
You will be billed on the same calendar day of the relevant month as the one on which the initial or last payment was made, unless You cancel beforehand.
To cancel Your subscription, You must provide notice at least 2 days before the start of the next Service period. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, you will be charged for the following period. To cancel, contact support@relivemymemory.com.
Generally, no refunds will be issued for any paid subscription periods, except under the following conditions:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Company does not store your full payment card details. For payment-related questions, contact support@relivemymemory.com.
Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the System solely in connection with Your use of the Services. The System is intended for personal and lawful use only.
Unless otherwise stated, the Company owns all intellectual property rights in the System and materials on the System. The Client shall not:
As a Client, You acknowledge understanding and accepting the following risks:
The Company may use third-party services (payment processing, hosting, etc.). Your data may be disclosed to such third-party service providers. The Company is not responsible for third-party services, and disputes with third parties must be resolved directly between You and the third party.
The System and Services are provided "as is" and You use them at Your own risk. The Company makes no warranties except those set forth in this Agreement.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any third-party claims resulting from: (i) breach of Client's representations and warranties; or (ii) Client's failure to comply with applicable laws.
The Company is not liable for any outcomes of AI-generated or incorrectly generated content. AI-generated outputs are produced through automated models and may not always meet expectations. Such outcomes do not constitute a failure of service and do not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation.
The Company may terminate or suspend Your Account/Services as per the rules in this Agreement. In case of a breach, You are not entitled to receive any refunds.
You may terminate this Agreement by canceling Your plan. The Agreement will be terminated on the last day the Services were paid for, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the already paid period.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Company's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide you with more favorable rights.
